Lucky Anne and her friend Megan Mistakes return to Anne's house with a cardboard box. Seth points out that there's WAY more to Japanese culture than just anime - Japan is a country with MILLIONS of people and a LONG history, so Anne and Megan can't just hand him some random box and expect him to know what it's for. Seth sighs and looks at the pictures in the instructions. He tells Anne and Megan that Nuru seems to be some kind of massage. Eventually, they notice the next step in the instructions is SEX. Seth gets flustered, but Anne and Megan convince him that they should continue, because they must be getting close to the infinite bliss!
